What you'll do:
As the Technical Sales and Business Development representative for our West Region, you will be responsible for driving new business sales for Fortis Solutions Group in your territory. You will be expected to identify prospects, meet with prospects onsite at their locations, and generate opportunities to quote on the business of prospects. You will be expected to secure new business to exceed sales goals. You will work in coordination with the company's management team and customer service representatives and utilize the company provided customer relationship management tool to manage all sales related activities, including opportunities, customer visits, and estimates.
Qualified candidates will reside within one of the following geographical areas: California, Pacific NW, Colorado. You should also have experience selling pressure sensitive labels and flexible packaging products, and a proven track record of securing and winning new business. Regular travel will be required throughout the region.
This position offers a starting base salary of $50,000 plus generous, uncapped tiered commission on sales (10% year one, 6% year two, 2.5% thereafter*), and full benefits including medical, dental, vision, short and long term disability, life insurance, 401k with match, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, pet insurance, employee assistance program, wellness incentives, paid time off, sick days and paid holidays. *Commissions calculated on net sales.
