**Description:** Support Kaiser Permanente Senior Advantage (SA) sales department during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP.).

**Essential Functions:**

- Greet and welcome prospective Senior Advantage Members to the seminar.

- Assist the Sales Rep with the set up and breakdown of the conference room before each seminar.

- Distribute documents to seminar attendees.

- Assist Sales Reps with collecting enrollment forms from attendees.

- Assist attendees with completion (questions) of the application process.

- May perform other duties as assigned at the seminar and in the office.

- Update each seminar Roster daily in MTSS.

- Answer incoming calls from prospective members.

- Schedule daily In-home and AEP seminar appointments for prospective members.

- Enter prospective member's data into Medicare Tracking Sales System. (MTSS).

- Follow Centers of Medicare&Medicaid Services (CMS), Federal, State&all applicable compliance guidelines

- Accountable for consistently demonstrating the knowledge, skill, abilities, and behaviors necessary to provide superior and culturally sensitive service to each other & potential members.

- Mail out enrollment kits and follow up information, if needed.

- Everyday moderate lifting and carrying will be expected.

**Basic Qualifications:**Experience

- Minimumtwo (2) years of experiencein a face-to-face sales/customer service environment.

Education

- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.

License, Certification, Registration

**Preferred Qualifications:**- Minimum one (1) year of experiencein health care sales preferable in a senior oriented market.

- BA/BS in sales/marketing.

- Bilingual.
