**GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:** Primary responsibility is to accurately and efficiently complete all steps of service. Maintain a friendly and professional environment when dealing with customers and peers. Perform any other duties as directed by management.
**EXAMPLES OF WORK PERFORMED:** Greet guests at the bar and bar area tables, keeping them comfortable. Provide efficient service by guiding guests through menus, suggestively selling drinks and food items. Bringing food and drinks to guests, and pre-bussing in a timely manner; preparing all alcoholic drinks; Assist customers by directing them to appropriate departments within the store based on their needs; communicate with supervisors and peers.
**EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS:** Ability to repetitively use arms, hands and fingers; ability to communicate effectively with team members; positive attitude when working with peers; food and wine knowledge. Must be at least 21 years old. Oklahoma liquor license required.
**PHYSICAL ACTIVITY REQUIREMENTS:** To successfully perform the essential functions of the job, an employee must be able to perform the following: Stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pulling, talking, hearing/listening and repetitive motion. Will carry cases of beer and liquor, and stock ice.
Heavy Work: Lifting up to 10 lbs frequently, 30 lbs occasionally.
Work Environment: Indoor climate controlled environment.
