The Operations Manager will provide leadership and oversight to operations, yards and facilities for their specific region. In this role, the Operations Manager will be focused on setting expectations and managing performance of the Field Managers and their locations. This will include selecting and developing a talented workforce, effectively engaging and meeting expectations of internal and external customers, partnership with various support group functions, implementing strategies that align with the company objectives and striving to deliver operational excellence and a safe work environment. This position works under the direction of the GPOR President. The Equipment Operator, DOT Entry Level is responsible for working as one of the crew members assigned to the field in fracturing, or other, as required. The candidate must demonstrate safe work habits, be able to follow directions and work well as part of a team. Major responsibilities include driving company vehicles and trucks, general maintenance and repair of pumping equipment and attachments and assisting in pumping activities. This position works under the direction of the Service Supervisor or other supervisor, as applicable. The Maintenance Supervisor, Operations Support will be responsible for coordinating the activities of Shop Mechanics within the Operations Support department; provide guidance and supervision to all preventive maintenance inspection, repair, and rebuild of components of machinery and/or mechanical equipment; and ensure personnel meets all requirements and criteria to perform assigned work activities. This position works under the direction of the Maintenance Manager, Operations Support. This role is a working manager who is also responsible for leading the HRIS team. Additionally, the role is responsible for providing both strategic guidance and tactical support in the administration and support of policies, procedures, and systems. This role partners with our HR Business Process Owners, IT, and our HR Manages Services provider.
