We staff 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift positions with pay rates ranging from $17 to $19.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule. Forklift Operators with Cherry Picker/ Order Picker experience could receive up to an additional $1.50 per hour differential. Randstad has been the onsite staffing provider at the Ulta Beauty Distribution Center for the last 10 plus years and we have had over 600 associates transition from temporary to permanent during this time. Some past Randstad associates have moved up through the company to positions such as clerk, trainer, operations managers, and senior managers. All positions will have a lifting requirement of up to 50 Pounds. All positons also require an employee to be standing or walking for an entire shift with occasional bending and reaching. Use of a PC scanner will be required and associates must have a safety first mindset. Some warehouse experience is preferred but entry level workers will be provided with paid training.
