Our preparations for the holiday season assured timely fulfillment of our Internet customer's orders. In January we began fulfilling orders for Wal-Mart's e-commerce division. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Engineering Warehouse Associate is assigned to work 2nd shift and assists with inventory management by scanning, counting, stacking items onto skids/shelves, in a fast and accurate manner. The Engineering Warehouse Associate uses a forklift or other PIT to move/stack inventory.

**Education and Experience**
* High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in a distribution center/warehouse setting and with the use of radio-frequency scanner preferred
**Skills**
PIT experience and/or the ability to become PIT certified
* Effective verbal and written communications skills
* Attention to detail
* Ability to work in teams or independently
**Physical and Environmental Requirements**
* Stand for long periods of time, up to 4 continuous hours and up to 8 12 hours during a shift
* Frequent walking through the department/building
* Use hands/arms to operate required equipment and repetitive motion activities
* Lift objects up to 50 pounds with or without assistance
* Communicate using speech, sight, and sound with or without assistive device
* Bend, stoop or crouch while performing daily activities of the job
* Operate power equipment
* Ability to work in a noisy environment
* Ability to work in an environment with fluctuating temperatures
* Willing and able to work in variable work locations
