Description

The successful Inside Sales Coordinator supports the needs of the Business Development team by preparing quotes, handling client and vendor requests via phone and email, assisting with proposal preparation, scheduling meetings, ensuring bid deadlines are met, researching sales opportunities, and finalizing awards. As a critical link between business development, logistics, operations, and finance departments, this person regularly communicates with internal stakeholders as well as vendors, distributors, and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Quote preparation and proposal writing
  • Opportunity research and tracking
  • Inbound and outbound calls pertaining to opportunities and awards
  • Support of outside sales and business development representatives
  • Maintain high quality documentation, records, templates, and other reference material.
  • Build positive working relationships with clients, vendors, distributors, and partners.
  • Upholds a collaborative team environment dedicated to mission focus, respect, and adherence to Active Security's mission, vision, and principles.

Requirements

Qualifications for the Inside Sales Coordinator include:
  • 2-3 years' experience in a related role
  • Bachelor's degree, Military Experience, or Technical Training in a related field preferred
  • Strong communication skills, written, verbal, and digital
  • Highly organized and process-oriented
  • Customer-service focused with an ability to develop strong working relationships
  • Security and/or IT industry experience preferred
  • Technically proficient in Microsoft O365 and other SaaS systems and CRM / PSM Software applications
  • Ability to prioritize with minimal oversight
