The Opportunity: As our CNA - Restorative Aide restorative nursing services to residents consistent with each residents comprehensive resident assessment and within the scope of C.N.A. practice. Working with residents needing restorative nursing measures to maintain their highest possible functional level. The Restorative C.N.A. provides consistency between therapists and nursing staff on a daily basis; working collaboratively with the C.N.A.s, therapy department, and nurses to see that residents receive their restorative activities as planned.

Key Requirements:

• High School graduate and completion of an approved nurse aide training and competency evaluation program by the State of Wisconsin.
• Come to work - Excellent Attendance
• Exceptional teamwork and customer service skills
