Warehouse Associate - Powersports Parts (Elmira, NY) - Military veterans preferred

CRV Powersports, a division of Curren RV, has an opening for a Warehouse Associate in our Powersports Warehouse to help support their growing ecommerce operations. The right candidate must have attention to detail while being able to work efficiently. Candidates must have reliable transportation. Must be able to work independently as well as part of team.

Pay is hourly and based on experience.

Essential Job Functions:

• Pick customer orders accurately
• Pack orders so that parts arrive undamaged while verifying the correct items were picked
• Put away shipments and verify for accuracy
• Process returns
• Assist with basic custodial and maintenance tasks at the warehouse
• Conduct cyclical inventories
• Alert management to product inaccuracies or potential issues
• Be able to work efficiently, both independently and as part of a team
• Proficient with computers and handheld electronic devices

Essential Job Skills:

• Strong attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of ATVs, SXSs, or related parts a plus
• Problem solver
• Ability to work as an individual as well as part of a team
• Takes direction well, coachable
• Intermediate computer skills
• Achieve minimum pick and pack rates as set by management
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, walking, and bending
• Regularly lift up to 75 lbs; May lift heavier objects in team or with assistive devices
• Occasional overtime or Saturdays
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Clean driving record preferred - needed for fork lift operations and local parts running to the dealership.
