**General Description:**
Responsible for preparing and providing food and beverages, beer, wine, and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
* Pouring and serving beer and wine
* Follow safe food handling and service practices at all times
* Greeting, engaging, and serving guests seated at the bar
* Clearing and cleaning tables as they are vacated
* Wiping up spills
* Keep the bar area cleaned and well stocked
* Restocking items consistently throughout shift
* Assist server and other Front of House staff with beverage orders
* Listening and responding to guests' requests and complaints
**Job Requirements:**
* Must have a current food handlers permit
* Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
* Ability to stand for extended periods of time
* Previous restaurant service experience is a plus
* Must be able to lift and carry 25 pounds
