SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Consistently prepares drinks according to recipes and specifications for patrons and fulfills cocktail servers' orders in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for cleanliness of the bar area.
  • Assists with inventory control, stocking, and proper rotation of product.
  • Responsible for preparing and selling all drinks on the menu and handling all transactions in accordance with cash handling policy.
  • Responsible for set up and breakdown of bar area as well as side work and projects as necessary.
  • Knowledge of sanitation and health department regulations for safe handling of alcohol.
  • Ensure the safety and security of Team Members and guests.
  • Responsible to perform "responsible alcohol service" with regards to patron limitations and pass any/all responsible alcohol service training.
  • Interacts and speaks with guests to maintain great guest relations and provide opportunities for loyalty to occur
  • Provide excellent guest service to both internal and external guests
  • Greets guests approaching service area
  • Ensures consistent and convincing service according to the company standards.
  • Responsible for selling and delivering all food items on the menu and handling all transactions according to the cash handling policy.
  • Responsible for the cleaning and sanitizing of all food service equipment used to prepare and serve the menu items.
  • Must be able to operate all equipment.
  • Maintain current knowledge of daily menus and prices
  • Ensure proper stock of product and supplies needed for service


Ensure the safety and security of Team Members and guests.

STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE
  • Knowledge of all bar equipment, cash registers, and the company's beverage system.
  • Maintaining interpersonal working relationship among all personnel.
  • Oral and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and handle high pressure, high volume demands.
  • Knowledge of food outlet operations.
  • Excellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to Company's Service Standards.
  • Able to interact with internal and external guests in a friendly/fast manner.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and handle high pressure situations in an interruptive environment.
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE
  • A high school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Two or more years of experience bartending preferred.
  • Ability to obtain a valid Racing License.
  • Must be at least 21 years old
