A Bartender must provide every guest with the "Spinato's Experience," deliver quality food, and participate in a team environment. To do so, an Bartender candidate must meet certain requirements and perform many tasks.
TASKS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Creating a guest-first environment
Ringing in guest orders accurately and quickly
Stock bar with beer, wine, liquor, and related supplies such as ice, glassware, napkins or straws
Controlling inventory needed to supply all stations
Communicating effectively with all other employees
Mix ingredients, such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters, to prepare cocktails and other drinks
Slice/juice fruit
Adhering to all Spinato's specifications and recipes
Adhering to all Spinato's Policy and Procedures as dictated by your Employee Handbook
Maintaining a clean working environment
Adhering to all proper food handling procedures set forth by the local Health Department
to all local laws regarding the service of alcohol
to all Spinato's policies and procedures regarding alcohol
Qualifications
POSITION REQUIRES:
Interacting politely and professionally with guests
Interacting politely and professionally with staff members
Maintaining restaurant organization
Performing cleaning duties
Lifting up to / over 50 pounds
Environmental exposures to cold, heat and water
Standing for up to 8 hours at one time
Working shifts up to 12 hours
Food Handler Certificate
AZ Alcohol Certification
