**Description**
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
* Ensure that Liquor Laws and rules of the State of Arizona and the beverage service policies of the Arizona Snowbowl are strictly adhered to. Must provide current ABC Liquor Class completion.
* Ensure effective communication within department, with other departments, and with guests in a professional manner in regards to legal laws.
* Responsible for correct exchange of currency for product received.
* Responsible for correct deposits, banks, and dailies.
* Comply with over/short policies as prescribed by the Arizona Snowbowl.
* Report to work in proper attire, Fit for Duty, as listed in the Food and Beverage Handbook at the scheduled time.
* Ensure a clean, safe and orderly work area for employees and guests.
* Carry out all policies and procedures as prescribed in the Arizona Snowbowl Employee Handbook.
* Present friendly customer service at all times.
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
* Ensure proper music is being played at all times.
* Carry out all duties assigned by the Arizona Snowbowl and Food and Beverage Department.
* Ability to shovel snow.
* Act as Mountain Host answering questions, directing traffic, etc.
* Other duties as assigned.
