Description:
The Real Estate Development Coordinator's primary role is to support Chuy's new store development initiatives within the Real Estate Development, Construction and Facilities Department. This position coordinates projects and initiatives within their department as well as with vendors, architects, and general contractors to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner and within the required parameters. This position will further work across internal departments including operations, legal, accounting and marketing. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Real Estate & Development.

Specific Job Responsibilities:
•Assist in the creation of market rollout plans for current and future markets.
•Run demographic, psychographic sales forecast, and mobile foot traffic data reports.
•Perform GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and aerial mapping functions.
•Assist in the creation of proformas for potential new locations.
•Create site tour collateral for market tours, as well as site selection packages for internal review.
•Assist in the creation of lease review audit packages prior to lease execution.
•Facilitate communication between Design and Construction teams, architects, and general contractors to ensure projects meet plan approval and store opening timeliness.
•Review Letters of Intent and manage consolidated new store development and new opening reports.
•Assist in consolidation of bids for internal review, distributing the delivery schedule for new restaurants, as well as coordinate and monitor shipping and installation dates for furniture orders placed by the Design and Facilities team.
•Coordinate the onboarding of new vendors, receive and process vendor invoices in accounting system.

Job Requirements:
•At least 2 years of real estate development, construction or facilities industry experience preferred.
•At least 2 years of excellent customer service experience in a fast-paced, growing company
•Strong in Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, GIS mapping and other SaaS software.

Additional Skills and Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree with a focus on Finance, Real Estate or Construction Management preferred.
•Must be self-motivated, results-oriented, proactive, problem solver.
•Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
•Team player and contributor combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to stay calm, professional, and always maintain a sense of humor.
