Responsibilities

•Listen to prospects, identify and understand client needs, and provide bids that reflect solutions based on value-selling strategies.
•Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
•Maintain a positive and professional manner at all times.
•Maintain up-to-date information on our services and products, industry, competition, and market conditions in order to present them to clients and ensure customer needs are met
•Keep company abreast of new business development opportunities, account status, potential customers, customer needs, and competitive issues using CRM
•Speak to potential customers to introduce our services or new products
•Go to in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events

Qualifications

•Previous phone sales/support experience preferred.
•Excellent customer service skills.
•Help foster positive relationships to promote brand awareness in the community.
•Self-driven, money-motivated individual who handles themselves with integrity.
•A positive attitude and ability to overcome objections.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
•Have a sense of business ethics.
•Experience using a CRM is preferred
•Must have excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills
