At Rocket Farm Restaurants (RFR), the safety and wellbeing of our employees is always our top priority. Throughout the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, Rocket Farm did not lay off any employees and ensured all furloughed hourly staff had access to unemployment by filing on their behalf. We provided access to full medical benefits to all eligible employees & covered both the employee and employer portions of these expenses while also honoring PTO plus negative PTO hours for all benefit-eligible staff while the restaurants were closed. In addition, we introduced a robust family care package program to continue to feed furloughed employees and their families and also launched an to further assist our teams.
