**Summary:**
Candidates will work in a non-tipping environment providing excellent customer service to our residents. Ideal candidates will be passionate about providing a superior 1st class dining experience, will excel at building relationships, and have a professional and outgoing personality. Reports to and is supervised by the Executive Chef and/or Community Executive Director.
**REQUIREMENTS**
* Must be neat and well groomed.
* Must be in designated uniform during working hours.
* Must be 21 years of age
* Minimum of one (1) year bartending experience preferred
* Must have basic understanding of food item preparation.
* Must be able to communicate effectively and supervise others.
* Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
* Must be able to lift, bend, reach and pull.
* Must be able to exert up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally and exert up to 25 lbs. of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
* Must be willing and able to learn quickly.
* Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule including weekend and holidays.
* Must have strong customer service skills.
