**Responsibilities**
* Prepare alcoholic and/or non-alcohol beverages
* Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
* Prepare bar food
* Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
* Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
* Handle cash and credit card payments
* Plan and present bar menu
* Check customers identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
* Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
* Keeping the SkyBar and prep kitchen clean and in tip top shape at all times
* Deep clean bar and kitchen weekly
* Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
* Comply with all food and beverage regulations
**Requirements**
* Previous work experience as a bartender, preferred
* Knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving delicious drinks
* Computer savvy and able to work on POS system
* Positive attitude, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
* Relevant training certificate, valid ABC license preferred.
