Job Description
**Job Summary**
Provide general clerical and sales assistance to the branch sales department.
**Summary of Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities**
Assist the sales department with administrative functions such as entering in quotes and customer orders.
Provide telephone assistance in the sales department during breaks, meetings, and when necessary.
Maintains records for CERTS (physical and mechanical content of material) for inside and outside locations. Contact mills for missing CERTS and provides CERTS to customers upon request.
Maintain customer CRM records by updating account information.
Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
Organize and distribute correspondences throughout the day.
Filing of Bill of Landings
Manage/coordinate department's schedule by maintaining calendars for department personnel; arranging meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
**Minimum Requirements**
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong computer knowledge in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
