**Warehouse Associate**
We are a growing kitchen and bath remodeling organization looking for effective warehouse associates to perform receiving, warehousing and distribution operations duties. You will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide variety of products.
**Primary Duties**
* Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with companys policies and vision
* Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
* Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
* Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
* Prepare projects for distribution
* Assist Project Managers on daily tasks
* Liaise with Project Coordinator to ensure timely shipments
* Assist with small wood working assignments
**Requirements**
* Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
* Warehouse background recommended
* Ability to take initiative
* Strong decision making and problem solving skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Woodworking background a plus
* Exceptional organizational skills
* Exceptional time management skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Must be quality oriented and a team player
**Minimum Qualifications**
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* Must have valid drivers license with good history
* Excellent attendance record
* Positive Attitude
