**Summer Opportunity - Seed Sales Assistant**

Zeghers Canada is currently recruiting for a Summer Seed Sales Assistant to join our team located in Holland, Manitoba for a summer term opportunity. Holland is located on Highway #2 and is a scenic 90-minute drive from Winnipeg, or just over one hour from Brandon.

Working under the direction of the Sales and Purchasing Manager, the Summer Seed Sales Assistant is responsible to:

Provide support to the sales, logistics, and admin team for the sales of pedigreed seed, cover crop seed, forage seed, human edible, and pet food grains.

Support and enhance relationships with customers

Collaborate with operations to support sales during peak times

Qualified candidates will possess the following skills/qualities:

Currently pursuing education in Agriculture, Plant Science, Soils Science, Ag Business or Agronomy or related discipline. Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered

Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills

Attention to detail

Proficient in using Microsoft programs: Teams, Excel, Outlook, and Word

Good oral communication skills with the ability to relay/articulate information clearly and concisely.

Daytime working hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am-4:30pm.
