How Bright Cellars Works: Our members join Bright Cellars by taking a 7 question-quiz to share their taste preferences. The Bright Points learning algorithm evaluates these preferences to determine the best wine matches for each members taste. Each month, members receive four or six unique bottles in the mail, which they are then able to rate and provide personalized feedback on their profile. Similar to Netflixs collaborative filtering algorithm, Bright Cellar's algorithm uses this feedback to improve members monthly matches going forward.
A little about this role: We are looking to hire dedicated warehouse professionals for our Santa Rosa Fulfillment Center. This position is with Bright Cellars, a growing startup in the wine industry. Wine experience is irrelevant and will not be considered a factor. Youll be a warehouse associate who is responsible for shipping e-commerce orders each day. We are looking for people who are interested in learning and growing with the company in a warehouse capacity. **Experience were looking for:**
+ Must be able to pick up boxes up to 40 pounds.
+ Good time management skills.
+ Team player.
+ Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
+ NO forklift certification required.
