The **Niagara Falls, ON** location is looking for a resourceful and goal-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our Tool Crib team for a Co-operative placement.
**SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:**
The Warehouse Associate will develop an understanding of interval warehouse operations. This will include but is not limited to: inventory control, transportation and load management, order processing and the process of purchasing. The Warehouse Associate will demonstrate the ability to comprehend the business model and how each department affects the supply chain.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Perpetual counting and verification of on-hand inventories
* Assist in fulfillment of tools and equipment requisitions
* Work with the Returns Specialist to inspect and return equipment into inventory
* Work alongside the Maintenance team to complete repairs and upgrades throughout the facility
* Assist in the purchasing of new/repair parts and components for internal personnel
* Ensure responsibilities and accountabilities are carries out in a safe manner in accordance with E.S. Fox Limited safety policy and procedures, ISO 18001 standards and OHSA requirements.
* Ensure that environmental aspects within the sphere of responsibility are adhered to pursuant to ISO 14001 requirements
**KNOWLEDGE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:**
* Pursuing completion of Business Management diploma; Supply chain and logistics Management is considered an asset
* Knowledge and/or experience working with construction tools and/or equipment
**SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:**
* Ability to lift up to 50lbs
* Possess current and valid Driver's License
* Forklift and working at heights certification
* WHMIS/safety training
**PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:**
* High level of organization
* Self-starter, capable of working independently
* Multi-tasking capabilities
* Effective communication skills (both oral and written)
