**Description**

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to internal and external customers. The individual will select orders and load product for our clients. Ideal candidate will have a blend of warehouse and customer service experience.

**Role and Responsibilities**

Select and assemble orders and stage efficiently

Provide exceptional customer service and develop relationships

Maintain and balance the cash register

Utilize the operating system to print invoices and orders

Assist customers with product questions

Perform weekly and daily maintenance as assigned

Enjoy working together as a team fill in as necessary and engage fully in their environment. This includes a willingness to learn new skills for personal advancement and the growth of the company

Other duties assigned by the manager on duty

Presents a professional image to internal/external customers and vendors with appropriate dress according to the work situation while maintaining good grooming and hygiene

**Qualifications, Skills, and Education Requirements**

High school diploma or GED

Basic reading, writing and math skills

Computer knowledge with ability to adapt to warehouse software program

Customer service or general clerical office experience

Comfortable with machinery reaching heights of 25 ft.

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to perform duties in freezer and coolers

Conflict resolution skills (Internal and External)

Ability to work calmly under pressure

Ability to lift up to 100 pounds

**Preferred Skills**

Previous food service and warehouse experience

1+ years experience with pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
