This role will be expected to lead a 2-man load or put-away team, process returns, receive in-bound shipments, operate RF devices, preform packing station processes, assist in training to assigned MH 1's, perform daily cycle count activities, load and unload carrier trailers and containers, and operate powered industrial equipment.CORE FUNCTIONSOperate Powered Industrial Trucks (Forklifts, Order-Pickers, Pallet-jacks) to receive, pick, ship, and store product.Lead a 2-man load or put away team by moving product from storage location to picking tote or allocated bin location by following RF device instruction while performing transactions within the WMS.Manually load and unload trailers, containers, bin locations, and other storage media with inventoried product as directed by the supervisor.Process and inspect returns by following Real Truck SOP. Assist in training of MH 1's assigned to returns area for inspection activities, input data using WMS/ERP, prepare Sku for relocation of product.Assist in performing daily cycle counts, inventory moves or resets, annual physical inventories, stock transfers, and QA inspections of product.Perform general warehouse maintenance activities to include, cleaning of floors, racking and product, emptying trash, recycling cardboard, outside common areas and metal scrap.Receive and maintain appropriate levels of training in relation to employee handbook, computer operations, annual PCI training, email correspondence, powered industrial truck certification, safety team participation, and ERP/WMS/RF Devices.QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTSEducation and ExperienceHigh School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.1+ years of related experience required.Required LicensesPowered Industrial Truck Operators Certification required.Annual first aid and CPR certification preferred.Skills, Abilities, and KnowledgeAbility to read, write, and comprehend English.Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers.Ability to understand and apply basic instructions.Who we areRealtruck.com is the ultimate source and digital destination for those who love and live a real truck lifestyle.
