**Warehouse Associate**

Responsible for Shipping and Receiving of all material related to the installation of energy efficient measures, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse, conducting monthly inventory counts, tracking all inventory transfers from the warehouse to the installation vehicles and coordinating vehicle maintenance for all installation vehicles.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
* Successfully complete required training (per Warehouse Lead Training Plan) before beginning work and all other training as stated in the Warehouse Lead Training Plan
* Audit and document all material transferred and issued from warehouse to install vehicles (on a daily basis)
* Maintain a ledger of material that has been issued to the install crews. Conduct a periodic inventory count for each item stocked in the warehouse, vans, as directed by the Purchasing & Inventory Manager
* Ensure sufficient material is in stock for the installation crews
* Ensure warehouse is always clean and organized
* Coordinate vehicle maintenance so that all installation vehicles are up to date with the regularly scheduled preventative maintenance
* Possess a working knowledge of the WIS Manual provided by energy program
* Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
* Maintain continuity by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
* Participate in all training sessions/meetings.
* Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, policies, and regulations
* Report to work prepared and on time
* Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications:**
* High School diploma or equivalent required
* 2+ years experience working in a warehouse environment preferred
* Forklift certified preferred
* Ability to read, analyze interpret, identify, document and report information
* Must be detail orientated and organized
* Must be computer literate, experience with Outlook and Microsoft Office Products
**Rate of pay $16.00+, depending on experience and certifications**
