Overview:

Bartender (Seasonal)
The Bartender is responsible for delivering extraordinary experiences to our guests with positive, courteous, and professional service. As a Bartender, it is your responsibility to seek to understand the guests needs while preparing perfect beverages per spec in a timely manner. This individual will need to be quick on their feet and have an engaging attitude.

Responsibilities:
  • Consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow employees

  • Checking identification to ensure guest are the legal age to purchase and/or consume alcohol and gamble.
  • Discover guest needs and suggests beverages to enhance their experience and meet sales goals

  • Be the master of the bar, understanding all aspects to promote a well-run shift by proper preparation

  • Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to guest.
  • Utilizing proper equipment and ingredients.
  • Maintain par levels of all stock and supplies, garnishes, beer, wine, liquor, bar-ware etc.

  • Maintaining a clean work area by removing trash, cleaning bar, washing glasses, utensils and equipment.
  • Responsible for keeping an accurate count of all money and comps received for guests and follow cash handling policies

  • Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations
  • Comply with state Gaming regulations, responsible gaming and responsible alcohol rules and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma preferred
  • Experinece as a bartender prefered.
  • Eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques.
  • Strong task and management abilities.
  • Record of delivering exceptional guest experience
  • Effective communication skills

  • Appropriate professional appearance and demeanor

  • Must be available for various shifts including early morning, late nights, weekends, holidays, and long hours.

  • Team Player with a guest first attitude

  • Minimum age of 21 years old

  • Ability to stand walk, bend, reach for extended periods and lift uo to 25 lbs.
  • Must be able to obtain a valid Casino Employee Registration license upon hire
