GBS FP&A Sr. Analyst – Business Partner

Join the K family in Queretaro, Mexico as GBS FP&A Sr. Analyst. This role executes global financial consolidation and reporting activities for Global Supply Chain, Capital and Commercial teams applying knowledge to provide insightful analysis and recommendations for decision making and variances explanations.

Partners with Senior Management to elaborate monthly analysis and presentations ensuring a financial perspective.

 

  • This position reports to a GBS FP&A Corporate & Consolidations Manager
  • Responsible for reporting and analyzing the global consolidated Commercial, Capital and Supply Chain financial information. Collaborates with the FP&A Manager in the global Cash Flow administration to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

 

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage, prepare and coordinate Global Supply Chain reporting. Analyze financial data and provide variances explanations to adequate follow up and decision support. Support in cost benchmark analysis.
  • Accountable of the consolidation and preparation of useful commercial monthly results reports. Analyze financial data to provide insightful explanations, including Innovation data.
  • Global Capital investment report consolidation, variation analysis and recommendations, follow up to prevent deviations. Capex returns analysis support.
  • Partnering with Senior Management on the creation and delivery of quality and insightful results presentations.
  • Provide planning and reporting support for the Global Cash Flow statement.
  • Creation of insightful ad-hoc analysis and reporting

 

Your Recipe for Success

  • Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Finance/Business related.
  • 4+ years of experience in related roles
  • English proficiency advanced, able to effectively communicate in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong BPC, Anaplan, PC, Excel or other reporting and financial tools, knowledge.
  • Accounting, Finance and general business concepts knowledge.
