The Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) F-35 IT program support contract provides knowledge-based, information assurance and cybersecurity IT services to the F-35 Lightning II Joint Program Office (JPO). Our services include program management, enterprise performance management, enterprise architecture, implementation of emerging capabilities and requirements, life cycle management, operations & maintenance, enterprise data management, service desk support and IT training.
HOW OUR TECHNICAL TRAINER & ONBOARDING SPECIALISTDE WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- The Training Specialist assesses, designs, and conceptualizes training scenarios, approaches, objectives, plans, tools, aids, curriculum, and other state of the art technologies related to training and behavioral studies.
- Identifies the best approach training requirements to include, but not limited to, hardware, software, simulations, course assessment and refreshment, assessment centers, oral examinations, interviews, computer assisted and adaptive testing, behavior-based assessment and performance, and team and unit assessment and measurement.
- Develops and revises training courses.
- Prepares training catalogs and course materials.
- Trains personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars.
- Researches, analyzes, designs, develops, and prepares structured training manuals, presentation materials, and courses of study related to the operation or maintenance of IT and support systems.
- Implements program use of the training courses and materials that are developed.
- Service Desk or Help Desk experience is welcomed, in-depth experience and knowledge of Microsoft Teams is preferred.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED (REQUIRED):- Security Clearance Level: Secret clearance
- Required Experience: 5 years of experience establishing training needs, developing goals and objectives, developing training programs, and applying the instructional system development (ISD) process.
- Required Certifications: Microsoft Office Specialist certification.
- Education: BS/BA degree. Allowable Substitution: 3 years of additional work experience with an AA/AS Degree can be substituted for a BS or BA degree.
