DescriptionAre you a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant looking to make a positive impact on people's lives?Join the Natural Health Center of Clifton, an outpatient physical medicine clinic, where your skills are valued and your passion for helping others shines.We are hiring for a part-time position: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 10:30 am - 7 pm, Saturdays 9 am-1 pm.At $40/hour, you'll be part of a compassionate team dedicated to improving the well-being of our patients.If you are ready to be part of a dynamic and caring environment that promotes healing and wellness, we welcome you to apply and grow with us.Responsibilities•Helps occupational therapy patients by providing rehabilitative services to persons with physical impairments•Follows treatment plan and provides services under the direction of our Lead Occupational Therapist•Maintains patient occupational therapy records by recording the client's progress for use by the occupational therapist•Generates revenues by recording billing information of services rendered•Enhances occupational therapy department reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishmentsQualifications•1+ years of experience as a COTA•Must be licensed in the state of New Jersey•If you have not worked in an outpatient setting, and you're willing to learn, we are happy to train you•Bilingual in Spanish/English is a big plus, but not a must•We are looking for a friendly, caring, competent COTA with excellent communication skills•Must work well with a team. We are a close-knit family-oriented practice and looking for someone who wants to join the team
