As the Executive Compensation Consultant, you’ll be focused on designing, implementing and managing compensation programs and projects. This includes the development and harmonization of programs, plans and processes within the U.S., Mexico and Canada.

 

The role is part of a hybrid work environment – proximity to Michigan, Illinois, Ohio or Indiana is desired.

 

Here's what you’ll be doing:

  • Perform data analysis and reporting:  You’ll be responsible for performing complex data analysis and advanced reporting to support regulatory disclosures, including contributing to the Proxy Statement and other regulatory filings.
  • Manage Equity Plan Administration: You’ll partner with our vendors to analyze and administer our equity plans, including ensuring accurate equity grants and vesting’s, partnering with Legal on any regulatory disclosures, and developing reporting.
  • Participate in Compensation Surveys & Develop Benchmarking: You’ll be responsible for providing market intelligence analysis, industry specific data assessment and consultation to support key decision-making and overall insights and solutions.
  • Manage Annual Processes: You’ll partner with the team to execute our annual merit, bonus and long-term incentive planning processes and communication efforts, with a focus on educating our WK team members on our compensation programs.
  • Collaborate throughout WK Kellogg Co: You’ll collaborate within Total Rewards, as well as with HR, the business, HRIS, Finance and Legal as it relates to compensation and complete other projects as assigned.

 

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • 5-8 years of executive and/or equity compensation or related experience
  • Experience in a public company or leading consulting firm
  • Bachelors or International Equivalent in Business, Human Resources, or related Field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible environment
  • Strong financial and accounting statement understanding
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong writing, communication and collaboration skills
  • Intellectual curiosity to think creatively, learn quickly, solve problems and build solutions
