Miltec UV has an immediate opportunity for a Technical Sales Engineer/Executive in the Central US Region. The territory includes the states of ID, UT, MT, WY, CO, NM, ND, SD, NE, KS, MO, OK, TX, AR, LA.

We prefer the candidate live within the south central region - Dallas/Fort Worth is ideal,

with easy access to a major airport. *Territories could be modified based on location of the candidate.

Responsible for account management and generating sales with existing customers as well as developing opportunities with new customers within the assigned territory. Must possess industrial/capital equipment sales experience, along with consultative sales techniques. Must possess a "customer first" mentality. Must possess an Engineering degree.

Key responsibilities of the role: Growing territory via existing and new accounts Building and strengthening customer relationships with key decision makers Prospecting, scheduling appointments and visiting new and existing customers to review product needs and identify potential solutions for new sales growth Manage all leads and keep CRM software updated with appropriate information Develop/execute territory sales plan Attending trade shows Preparing reports for marketing and sales Collaborate and communicate with Engineers, Sales and other Miltec stakeholders to ensure excellent customer

and outcomes Maintaining professional appearance and demeanor at all times

Key requirements include: Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and negotiation skills Strong capital/industrial equipment sales skills to maintain existing accounts and grow profitable new revenue Proven solutions-based selling techniques and strategies ROI analysis capabilities and financial acumen Ability to educate customers and solve complex technical issues Detail-oriented with strong organizational, time management, prioritization, and follow-up skills Demonstrated sales performance record Self-starter with independent sales management skills Prospecting capabilities to build an ongoing pipeline of new customers Possess the ability to easily establish rapport and trust with customers 5 years of Technical Sales /Industrial Equipment Sales experience Excellent computer skills Engineering Degree (required, unless familiar with UV industry) Able to travel extensively within assigned territory Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Additional Attributes: Competent in ACT! CRM software Familiar with UV Curing products Sales Training Certifications Experience as a Sales Engineer
