We are seeking a talented and motivated Technical Sales Engineer to spearhead the development of a new and promising business segment. You will play a pivotal role in identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities that align with our strategic objectives. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to chart the product's strategic direction and interact with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the new business segment. Drive the full sales cycle – from prospecting and lead generation, consulting, solution design, ROI calculations, system presentation and work with our Regional Sales Team to close deals.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals. Proactively seek and initiate new business relationships to expand our client base. Deliver compelling product presentations to potential customers and influencers in the territory. Showcase our products at regional and national trade shows, elevating awareness and demand. Work closely with Service and Install Techs to ensure impeccable customer service from installation to training. What You Should Bring: Proven experience as a successful Technical Sales Engineer, preferably in a business development or new market entry role. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively Results-oriented mindset Familiarity with industrial robotics and/or automation is highly desirable.
