What you will do
This position is responsible for providing sales support to District Sales Managers in the form of quotations, order write-ups, and other information for contractors, consulting engineers, end users, and other customers. This position provides a resource for providing quotations and expediting orders.
How you will do it
Supporting District Sales Managers by providing written quotations in response to customer needs for all Frick equipment. Includes equipment selections, pricing of equipment, lead times, freight costs, etc.
Translating customer requirements into Frick Refrigeration Systems paperwork for submission of orders and follow-up on those orders.
Follow up with customers on service and billing problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
Support customers in after markets parts arena when needed: Pricing, availability, order follow up, etc.
Make all the equipment selections using the Coolware program.
What we look for
Required
University degree in a technical field and 1 year suggested minimum experience, or 2 year degree and 6 years suggested minimum experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
High attention to detail
Preferred
Experience in supporting field personnel
Experience in HVAC/R
HIRING SALARY RANGE: $66k-80k (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
