-MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-High School Diploma, GED, Tech vocational or equivalent degree or previous on job training
-Have effective written and verbal communication skills
-Honest, clean and dependable
-Mechanically inclined
-Understanding of HVAC equipment and systems
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision while also following instructions and staying self-motivated
-Valid driver's license with a good driving record
-PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
-Ability to safely lift up to 50lbs
-Able to work outdoors and tolerate temperatures above 110 degrees for extended periods of time
