Why this role is important

Our Account Executives are the backbone of Vesta's business development, account management, and client

retention functions. As a team member in this role, you are the primary face of Vesta for agents, brokers,

developers, investors, and sellers / homeowners. You will have the opportunity to work within some of the most

prestigious homes in the US, while helping our clients maximize their sales return and curating beautifully

designed spaces. In this role you are more than just a salesperson, you are a relationship manager with a

combination of design knowledge, a keen understanding of real estate, as well as an ambassador of our brand.

industry :
•Innovative: Vesta is leading the market in combining traditional design and staging services with a focus

on new techniques in style, process and execution.
•Professional: Our sales focus redefines what clients expect from a design partner. We drive the design

to focus on the buyer and inventory / styles that will capture the widest buyer pool.
•Disruptive: Vesta entered the design market less than seven years ago and now is one of the largest

design firms in the US, which is only the beginning of our growth. Our sales team needs to follow the

same path, becoming leaders in the field and known to all their clients as a trusted partner and resource.

Deliverables / objectives
•Meet a sales quota of ~ $3M in self-generated business/Annual
•Uncover new business opportunities through strategic outside sales / business development activities
•Prepare client proposals, presentations, work through deal negotiations, create contracts and manage all

design and operations hand-off
•Work closely with sales, logistics, design and accounting teams to ensure a smooth hand-off process as it

relates to scheduling, operations and billing for new projects.

Required Skills / Experience
•3-5 years of luxury brand sales experience, preferably real estate sales, project management, and/or

interior design.
•Must have strong negotiation skills and be able to discuss cost, scope, and expectations with potential

clients, and convert the same into a contract agreement.
•Must understand real estate sales and general market conditions. Able to effectively leverage this

knowledge into creating a value proposition with clients for Vesta's services.
•Technology competent, experience with a sales CRM (i.e. Salesforce, Hubspot) and comfortable working

in inventory software.
•Experience with the entire google suite (i.e. sheets, slides, drive).
•Ability to multitask and prioritize key deliverables over day-to-day operational challenges.
•Comfortable with local travel with the existing market, as well as occasional (less than 15% travel to new

markets).
