Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, establishing and maintaining strong relationships

Lead project scoping, planning, and execution, ensuring alignment with client objectives and deliverables

Define project milestones, work plans, and resource allocation to meet project timelines and budget requirements

Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to clients, offering valuable insights and recommendations

Lead and mentor project teams, providing direction, feedback, and support throughout the engagement

Conduct data analysis, market research, and financial modeling to support client projects

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to leverage expertise and resources for client engagements

Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to clients and senior leadership

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in managing client engagements and delivering consulting services

Strong project management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients and internal teams

Proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and presentation creation using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization software

Proven ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving results

Solid understanding of business strategy, market dynamics, and industry trends

Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a track record of delivering innovative solutions

Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic consulting environment

Willingness to travel for client meetings and engagements as needed
