Responsibilities :

Own and manage the projects with the real estate and fit out portfolio for a growing organisation. Work with the real estate leadership group to develop strategic plans to support organisational and regional growth. Responsible for developing, leading and delivering construction & fit out projects. Leading full construction and fit out solutions in accordance with Real Estate processes, best practices and delivering solutions on site from design concept, through design, tender, construction, fitout, to the handover to the internal business. In partnership with outsourcing partners, be responsible for implementing, managing and developing the Forseven real estate & offices road map. Monitor & report performance of project delivery to ensure alignment to the approved business case, design, and committed timeline Ensure the safe delivery of projects through the management of risk and competence

Qualifications / Attributes:

Extensive experience within real estate projects Extensive commercial experience running tenders and managing budgets. Demonstratable project management skills Clear and demonstrable technical and managerial experience, with excellent people skills and the ability to influence and challenge others.

Self-starter, capable of working on own initiative with a high level of integrity. Applicants must have a valid driving licence and a car available for official business use, or access to a form of personal transport that will enable them to meet the requirements of the post in full. Willing & able to travel within the UK to other sites when required.
