We are seeking a dynamic Sales Enablement Manager/Customer Success Manager to join our Raleigh, NC team. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker with a magnetic personality who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to drive our sales initiatives to new heights. As an Inside Sales Manager you will , develop innovative strategies to penetrate new markets, and foster long-term relationships with our clients.

A DAY IN THE LIFE:
  • Create and implement robust sales strategies to expand our presence in the industrial construction sector.
  • Develop strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their unique business needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Empower and lead our sales team, setting clear goals and providing the tools they need to succeed.
  • Work in harmony with cross-functional teams to deliver a unified approach to business growth.
  • Analyze market trends and client feedback to continuously refine sales tactics.
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field with an MBA preferred.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role, ideally in the construction or industrial market.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, and Adobe software.
  • A high-energy, influential personality with a talent for sales and a strategic mind.
  • A history of smashing sales targets and a knack for innovating sales process improvements.
  • Superior communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and a detail-focused approach to work.
