**JOB OVERVIEW**
The Assistant Sales Professional, Corporate is responsible for supporting incoming lead distribution, account set up, new account outreach, and the daily administrative and operational needs of the corporate sales department
**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to sales team
* Support lead generation to drive corporate sales
* Support the logistics of all orders including securing account information, obtaining order specific (i.e., embroidery / logo) approvals and tracking order fulfillment
* Support order entry and order management
* Support the internal corporate sales referral program
* Support the organization and execution of outside events, tournaments, and sales meetings
* Manage department email account, and route as applicable
* Manage inbound calls and screen / route as applicable
* Maintain account service standards to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
* Prepare, review, and reconcile various sales and management reports
**TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)**
* Proficient in MS Office applications, emphasis in Excel
* Proficient in SAP, or relevant ERP
* Proficient in Elastic, or relevant B2B
* Ability to interact and build strong professional relationships
* Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and priorities
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
* Strong presentation, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**
* Bachelors Degree, preferred
* Minimum 1 year of relevant sales, customer service or operations experience
* Apparel experience, preferred
