As the Equipment/Maintenance/Technical Representative SME, you will be responsible for guiding and assisting the overall operations and maintenance of systems and equipment for all contract locations.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Responsible for resolving issues, problems, and concerns affecting assigned ATCALS, C2 equipment, along with support equipment (i.e., generators, HVACs/ECUs, etc.) to ensure continuous flight safety, orderly flow of air traffic, and critical ATC and C2 communications/data availability.
- Coordinates with contractor site leads, contractor maintenance personnel, and government personnel to obtain information and data needed to conduct root cause analysis, make determinations, design course(s) of action, and provide advice or decisions to resolve issues, problems, and concerns in a timely manner.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Graduate of an approved DoD RAWS (or legacy equivalent) or C2 7-level course or higher.
- Twelve (12) years of consecutive ATCALS, C2, and support equipment experience working with both fixed and deployable systems.
- Documented experience managing ATCALS and C2 equipment, technicians, maintenance programs, troubleshooting and repair techniques, maintenance documentation, and working with logistics/supply chain personnel and agencies.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Thoroughly familiar with assigned ATCALS and C2 equipment, standard maintenance practices, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repair techniques, and maintenance documentation.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must possess a valid U.S. Driver’s License
- Possess a valid U.S. Passport (preferred)
- Must be able to meet all current USCENTCOM Deployment Policy Requirements, as outlined in the USCENTCOM APR 23 MOD SEVENTEEN TO USCENTCOM INDIVIDUAL AND INDIVIDUAL-UNIT DEPLOYMENT POLICY
- Able to obtain and maintain a valid Residency Visa for Qatar
- Must be able to work in extreme environmental conditions including dust and high temperatures.
- Must be able to endure long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.
