Due to our continuous growth, Corrigenda are looking to recruit enthusiastic and dedicated commercial gas engineers to carry out a broad range of mechanical and gas installations across Hampshire and Surrey regions. The Commercial Gas Engineer will need to have a high level of experience delivering gas and mechanical projects from handover to completion and will be required to work in a range of commercial sites such as offices, schools, hospitals, fire stations and other public sector buildings. Key Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

• Installation of gas boilers and associated equipment within new/refurbished plant rooms • Pre-commissioning of gas appliances (boilers, water heaters etc) • Gas pipework upgrades • Testing and purging of new/existing gas installations • Decommissioning & removal of redundant gas equipment • Installation of chiller units and associated equipment/pipework • Installation of ASHPs for decarbonization scheme projects • Hot/Cold water pipework upgrades • Heating system upgrades • Work on own or as part of team to meet required deadlines and contract performance standards • Work flexible working hours to suit business requirements • Maintain a safe working environment for yourself, end users on site and general public at all times • Represent the company in a presentable and professional manner • Liaise with site staff to gain access to sites and rooms to carry out works • Assist Project Manager to produce materials lists and escalate site issues immediately • Overcome unforeseen installation issues on site • Any other tasks required by company within skill set / experience Minimum Requirements / Qualifications:

Essential • Domestic / Commercial gas certification COCN1, TPCP1, CIGA1, ICPN1 • Recognised Health & Safety training • Good written and verbal communication skills • Ability to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction • Be able to operate SMART devices and complete electronic documentation • Full UK driving licence • Pass DBS / Police background checks for working in schools / Police stations Desirable • Gas LPG Qualification • NVQ 2/3 in relevant Mechanical discipline (or equivalent experience) • Unvented water systems • WRAS Qualification • Electrical safety training • IPAF / PASMA qualification Package:
