Your ability to analyze client needs, build rapport, and conquer any challenge that comes your way will make you a valuable asset to our team.RESPONSIBILITIES: Command the entire sales process, from lightning-fast responses to inquiries to signed contracts.Showcase your charm and expertise through prompt communication via email, phone, and texting.Continuously and persistently follow up with potential couples' inquiries until a definitive decision is reached.Lead potential clients on captivating on-site property tours, giving them a look at the magic our venues offer.Employ your unwavering persistence and masterful negotiation skills to leave no contract unsigned.Achieve and surpass designated sales metrics consistently by effectively managing and converting leads.Travel to various venues within the region and/or company.Craft contracts flawlessly while collecting payments and initial signatures. Keep a meticulous record of your daily sales activities in our CRM system, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.Delight clients with your excellent verbal and written communication skills.REQUIREMENTS:Location: West Lake Hills, TXHours: Full-time. Successful Wedding Sales Specialist works on weekends, evenings, and holidaysExperience: A proven track record of achieving strong sales results is non-negotiable.
