Senior Sales Engineer Vector Database San Francisco

Our client, a pioneering AI start-up in the Vector Database space, who are currently scaling their GTM function and looking to bring on a Senior Sales Engineer who will be instrumental in the growth of their ARR and technical engagements with key customers.

Requirements: Build long-term strategic relationships with potential clients and identify new opportunities in the market. Establish repeatable motions and best practices to improve the efficiency of customer projects. Build technical resources such as tutorials, white papers, and tools to address customer needs. Lead technical engagements with key customers to deliver quality technical solutions and services. Communicate with key clients, assisting them throughout the full sales lifecycle including but not limited to trial, testing, and delivering a full solution in production.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Extensive experience in infrastructure software pre-sales/architect/DevOps/development. Deep understanding and background working with Cloud-native technologies, Databases, and Machine Learning Products. A team player who is optimistic, responsible and has strong communication skills. A passionate learner and a powerful problem-solver. Previous fast-paced start up experience.
