Leasing Consultant - Lake Highlands - $1000 Sign On Bonus - Military veterans preferred

We have an opening for a seasoned Bilingual English/Spanish, experienced Leasing Consultant at duel site properties, Aero North & South Apartments in the Lake Highlands area in Dallas, TX. At least 2 years of experience of apartment leasing experience required. Sign on bonus- Receive $500 with 2nd paycheck. Receive $500 after 90 days of employment! Performs all aspects of Leasing Consultant , including but not limited to, greeting prospective clients, shows community, and outside marketing, as needed. Must be knowledgeable of all phases of leasing and resident retention. Coordinates all lease renewals in accordance with Anterra’s Lease Renewal Policy. Answers and handles incoming phone calls from prospective new residents, current residents, vendor/suppliers, etc. Contacts each Notice-to Vacate and attempts to convert them to a renewal. Maintains awareness of local market conditions and trends. Contributes ideas to manager for marketing community and improving resident satisfaction. Willing to assist with rent collections, resident customer service, and other duties as well.
