Talascend is currently seeking a Sales & Dealer Relations Associate for an opportunity with an Automotive company in Westlake Village, CA

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Act as a liaison between client, its dealerships, and additional Partners.

Grow and foster partnerships.

Facilitate mentorship and consulting to ensure monthly/yearly sales objectives are met.

Track dealership Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) or other customer feedback resources to identify and address deficiencies or opportunities.

Assist in product launches to ensure streamlined marketing and advertising between dealer, independent aftermarket (IAM) and client.

Monitor Dealership personnel training and ensure compliance with client requirements/objectives.

Assist with Dealership inventory management, including vehicle and or parts ordering and inventory stabilizing.

Analyze Dealer sales, local market, and competition to identify revenue opportunities.

Increase sales of client vehicles and Accessory parts to its customers.

Assist in customer problem resolution.

Point of contact for 46 dealers.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of experience in the automotive industry in lieu of a degree.

2+ years in sales and customer service.

Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle on a regular basis.

This is a position that will be in office multiple days a week and the person selected must live in Southern California (the office is in Thousand Oaks, CA).

Proficient at excel.

Dealer experience.
