to view more details about this job. Comstock is currently seeking a Leasing Consultant for our luxury, high-rise apartments in Reston, VA. The Leasing Consultant provides full leasing and administrative support for the community. Key Responsibilities Meet and greet all customers, explaining benefits of the community Manage leasing process from lead generation to actual occupancy of each unit and customer service communications with tenants throughout their lease term Prepare lease paperwork and weekly / monthly reports Market the community through online advertisements, corporate outreach, and social media Market community within neighborhood Coordinate promotions to increase traffic, tenants and maintain high occupancy Manage social media platforms for the community Perform administrative duties as needed and necessary to complete leasing process Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree required/preferred in business or business-related field 1 year of leasing experience in multi-family property management required Must be able to work during office hours of Monday- Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 10am-5pm and Sunday 12pm-5pm . The office schedule is subject to change due to business needs. Must be able to work most weekends (2 days off during the week) Proven track record of driving the sales process from plan to close Yardi experience a plus but not necessary Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel Must be customer-focused and results-oriented Must want to continuously learn and develop Exceptional oral and written communication, active listening, and organizational skills. Ability to work well in a team establishing good working relationships with others Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with a strong attention to detail in a fast paced environment Self-directed and able to work independently, with minimal supervision About Comstock Companies Comstock Holding Companies®, Inc.
