Description
Apartment Leasing Consultant- Sacramento, CALewis Apartment Communities, a division of one of the largest real estate developers in the nation, is actively seeking a professional, personable sales superstar for the important position of Leasing Consultant to work at our beautiful 300+ apartment home community.

We look for experience such as: commissioned sales, sales representative, sales coordinator, retail manager, retail sales, etc.!
THE JOB: You will be in charge of sales and marketing methods to provide superior service to potential and current residents of our upscale apartment communities. You will be required to meet sales goals, leasing ratios and maintain milestones in customer service and resident satisfaction, throughout the sales process.

Your Pay: $22/hour plus a strong sales commission structure leads you to a starting annual salary potential of high $40k-high 50+k/year to start, or more depending on your community and performance.
Other Perks: $650 allowance for stylish work attire with $450 each subsequent year, $60/month cellphone allowance, annual bonus and pay raise eligibility, a variety of medical and dental benefits plans, $36/month for clothing dry cleaning, a 401K savings plan with company match, apartment discounts, vacation time, advancement potential and much more.
