Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our EMPLOYEE-OWNED TEAM in Menomonee Falls, WI at Linden Grove Menomonee Falls!

As a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in the administration of treatment programs outlined by the licensed occupational therapist and contribute to all group programs provided by the rehabilitation department. Responsibilities:

As a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA), you will work closely with the Occupational Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Qualifications:
  • Be a graduate of an accredited school for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
  • Hold a valid or pending (for newer graduates) state license.
  • Acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience preferred.
