Production Operator - Military veterans preferred

**Machine OPERATOR** **- Start ASAP****$20-23/hr, 2nd and 3rd shift, Mooresville, NC****Job Description:**+ Production Operators - 2nd and 3rd shift**Job Responsibilities:**• Assist Operators with materials assigned to run equipment• Ensure that items produced pass quality control requirements• Will train with operators to learn how to perform moderately advanced troubleshooting of equipment and perform adjustments• Read and interpret blue prints if applicable• Use moderately advanced measuring instruments• Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately• Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)• Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures• Perform other duties as assigned**Skills & Qualifications:**+ Blueprint experience is a huge plus but not required.+ Open to mechanically inclined candidates and will train them into the role. They have Murata CNC Machines and Multi-spindle Screw machines.+ Will be training with another machine operator to learn the job and will not be operating a machine alone.+ Will however be utilizing measuring tools and may be logging inputs into the HMI screen on the machine.**Benefits & Perks:**+ Competitive pay, internal bidding systems for promotions, benefits offered and PTO when you convert.+ Opportunity for pay raise every 6 months until top out+ $200 reimbursement for tools and safety shoes.
